Rapeseed Oil - What is it?

Rapeseed Oil is the Great British alternative to Olive Oil. It is exceptionally high in the polyunsaturated essential fatty acids Omega3, 6 and 9, important substances that we can only get from our food. The correct balance between Omega3 and Omega6 EFA's is essential for optimum health, but in the West we eat far too much Omega6 and not nearly enough Omega3.

Isn't it rapeseed oil(canola) and soy oil not beneficial for humans? I heard that it weakens the "T" cells functions...
Also the "d" type vitamin E positive energy from this oils it's converted into a negative substance generating more harm then good. Correct me if I'm wrong.

... just look for PHA (PhytoHemAgglutinin)and what it does to Immunitary System T-Cells(blocks them), Central and Peripheral Nervous System, how it's bad influencing hormonal, endocrine and exocrine activities(slows internal organs) and how it's a major contributor to Rouleau Blood Effect.
